Interdisciplinary artist, creating pieces that invite the harmony of nature’s blueprint into your space.

Anne Shackelford is a full-time artist and yogi based in Austin, Texas, where she shares her home with two beloved dogs. With a diverse background in art, yoga, and entrepreneurship, Anne brings a unique, open-minded approach to her creative practice.

Her vibrant, joyful artwork has been featured in exhibitions throughout Austin, where it resonates deeply with viewers. Working with materials like wood, fire, resin, shells, and stone, Anne’s pieces invite reflection and a profound connection to the natural world.

Inspired by life and living, she creates art infused with intentional, harmonic energy. Each piece is crafted with elements like sound, prayer, smudging, essential oils, and nature’s gifts—all offered with the intention of inspiring joy and connection.

In her studio, Anne devotes herself to creating art that invites transformation and transmutation. Through her art, yoga, and sound practices, she offers tools for healing, relaxation, and alignment—supporting others in cultivating harmony in body, mind, and spirit.

“Ours is not the task of fixing the entire world all at once, but of stretching out to mend the part of the world that is within our reach. Any small, calm thing that one soul can do to help another soul, to assist some portion of this poor suffering world, will help immensely. It is not given to us to know which acts or by whom, will cause the critical mass to tip toward an enduring good. The good words we say and the good deeds we do are not ours. They are the words and deeds of the One who brought us here.

In that spirit, I hope you will write this on your wall: When a great ship is in harbor and moored, it is safe, there can be no doubt. But that is not what great ships are built for”.

–Clarissa Pinkola Estes, “We Were Made For These Times”
