Somatic Sound

Somatic Sound

Self-care is the highest form of love, which leads to more love for life.

My body has been trying to get my attention for most of my life. I didn’t truly start listening until about four years ago, by then my body was screaming at me. Perhaps this idea seems foreign to you, our bodies “talking” to us. Now I am aware, through pain we find direction, I am so grateful to my body for its guidance and patience.

Throughout my life, I wrestled with a lot of anger, self-loathing and self-destruction. Yet, through it all, my body loved me unconditionally. Unfortunately, my poor choices took a toll on it. I was 14 when I stopped sleeping and began having chronic pain in my body. As the various pains increased, along with sleepless nights and a poor diet, I realized I was slowly harming myself by not taking the steps I knew I needed to take. I was miserable. I tried to hide behind a smile, but my anger and frustration often spilled over, affecting my family and friends.

My mother used to say, “If you can’t love yourself, how can you love anyone else?” Those words echo in my mind now, especially as I commit more deeply to self-care.

Over the past decade, I’ve sought guidance from various mentors: healers, shamans, hypnotherapists, yogis, psychics, etc. Each experience has contributed to my growth.

Now, through my art, meditation, yoga, and a daily practice of loving my body, I feel inspired to share what I’ve learned with you.

I offer private sessions and group experiences that weave together sound, movement, breath, meditation, and other creative tools to support personal healing. My role is to hold space and offer guidance while you reconnect with your own innate capacity to heal and return to balance. My intention is to create moments of reconnection, resonance, and peace — spaces where participants not only receive but also contribute to the energetic vitality of the environment (subtle activism). Participants are supported in calming the nervous system, releasing stress, and reconnecting with their true nature.

Healing is anything that contributes to a sense of harmony and unity.
