This original wall art was created for my mother’s 70th birthday using aspen wood brought home from Durango and vintage teacups and saucers from the dish set she grew up using and that I now use in my own home. Patterning from the dishes is woven into the surface through Neurographic art, allowing memory, continuity, and daily ritual to live within the piece through material and form.
