“Puzzled” is a 36x24" mixed-media artwork that captures the magic of childhood memories and the transformative power of sound healing. The fairy, princess, and unicorn imagery originated from a photograph of a puzzle assembled during my childhood. The piece incorporates glass fragments from broken crystal singing bowls, resin, alcohol ink, and gold leaf- blending elements of nostalgia and spiritual energy. Created in 2023.

Incorporating sound, prayer, smudging, essential oils, sacred geometry, mandalas, and natural elements, I infuse each creation with positive vibes.

Sound healing has been shown to enhance healing and relaxation of the physical body as well as the mind and spirit. Time is suspended as you enter a world of vibration, sensation and bliss.

Over time, a crystal signing bowl may break. I was gifted these pieces to use in my artwork.
