Built on a hand-crafted panel of Durango-sourced aspen and MDF, this piece began with a stamped tree cookie, layered in holographic film, resin, and alcohol ink for an opal-like shimmer. The center features repurposed glass from a broken crystal sound bowl, with detailed pyrography on the aspen below. Finished with color, gold leaf, and layers of varnish—this one is pure magic. Photos can’t do it justice; there’s always something new to discover.
